We know that you all have opinion on this one.

We’re stumped. Josh and I have our favorites, but our favorites are not the same. (Ha!)

We haven’t settled on a boy or a girl name, and I just can’t do another baby name search on Google.

So here’s your chance to weigh in on the name of Baby # 3.

Let’s hear ’em.

wow i am right there with you. i had the hardest time naming my babe. i only have one boy name and it is a mix of my gpas name which i am sure you dont care to name your baby. and i am naming my next baby girl (if i have one that is) after us. mckennah christian. good luck. the good news is, if they hate it they can always change it. remember i have had 4 names 🙂

I still like JJ for a boy (Joshua something) or what about Evan, I think that’s cute. For a girl, you’ve got a Charlotte; how about Carrie, Samantha or Miranda;) Just please don’t take Elliot – let me cling to the hope of my own someday.

Since we’re done, you can have our “non-used” names: BOY – Whitacker (call him Whit), William (call him Liam), Hudson, Stanton, Holden, Walker, Harrison, Anderson, Thatcher. GIRL – Hattie, Eloise, Carter, Whittier, Kreigan, Harrison, Emslie, Anderson & Ellis. As everyone with kids have found out – you can’t please the masses with whatever you pick, so pick whatever you like and to heck with the rest of ’em:)

It would just be waaaayyyy to much if you had a little Whittaker Peters. Oh, dear. I like Anderson for a girl and call her Andi. But I’m saving my really good ones. SOrry 🙂 Oh, how about Max? I think I want to make shirts that say ‘team boy” and “Team Girl” for what we’re guessing!

How about RIFF for a boy… Born to be a rockstar. 😉

Okay – here’s what I’ve got. For a boy: Oliver (I know it’s a lot like Olivia, but I still like it), Quinn, Wyatt, Jonas, Anson. For a girl (we used the only name we ever had for a girl, so you can’t have that one!): Camille, Claire, Evelyn. Whatever the name, he or she will be another perfect addition to the family!

how about Lilian, Abigail, Geneveive, or if its a boy, I still love Kipp. But could see you with an adorable “Giles” as well. or a Theo.

For a boy, Sawyer. I wanted to use it for my little one, but my husband HATES it. I lost that battle.

    For a girl, Braelyn.

I like Kara’s suggestion of Liam. I also like Hattie..very vintage like your girls’ names. I don’t like Max because that is the numero uno name in America for dogs! I am willing to share my favorites because it is unlikely that I will have more babies…I will be 42 next week!!! But my favorites are not normal names…

I LoVe Millicent (millie), Liberty, and Daisy. I love Meiley (May-Lee which means Beautiful in Chinese).

For a boy my favorite is Ezra. And if I ever have another son be it from China or the homeland, he will be Ezra. I also love Elam. I read that name in the Bible. The context struck me, but at the moment I can’t recall why.

All I ask is that you not call him Chauncy or Thor!!!

Have you considered looking into the Jane Austen books for inspiration? Olivia and Charlotte remind me of the names in her books, and I bet there are a load of names that would go with ’em. Just a thought…

I liked the one you said earlier, but now I can’t remember what it was…???

Here are a few of the names that I like. Sophie and Abigail for girls. Isaac for a boy. Taylor, Morgan and Madison could be used for girls or boys. Mamaw’s father was named Isaac, and Papaw’s grandfather’s middle name was Madison. I’m sure you will pick names that will be just right for this baby. See you in July.

    Love Nana
